Sunday afternoon swim

Today I couldn’t swim as well as last time. Not sure because of my tight/sore hamstrings I’ve had for the past couple of days or perhaps because I stayed up late last night and messed up my sleeping pattern. I couldn’t find the slippery hydrodynamic tunnel and I rather struggled to roll my body. I felt unnatural, and my arms felt greater resistance. I counted my stroke at some point, and it was 23. It was clear, sunny, warm and pleasant.
