Treadmill walk & 1-mile run

Walked 5min, then ran at an easy 12:00/M pace. My left hipflexor was irritating at the beginning of the run, but it went away later. I took 1-min walk break by mistake, ran 12min total and then walked to cool down. My left ball of foot and toe were/are still painful when I walk, but it didn’t bother me while I was running.
