Sunday noon walk

Today I have a lot of "good" pain– soreness on my calves from yesterday’s hill running, more soreness on my shins, arms and chest from yesterday’s tennis. These are all good, a proof that I exercised. I was planning to swim today, but with sore arms and legs I decided to just walk instead. Clear sunny warm Sunday with nice breeze. The bad pain is my ball of foot to toe, so painful to walk since August.
