Lunch-time walk
My left lowback to hip was achy, and I wanted to walk to see if that would loosen up the joint. At the start, the left ball of foot was very very painful, but it got a little better while walking. Even though it was cloudy and cool, I sweat quite a bit by the time I finished.
My left lowback to hip and ball of foot have been achy all afternoon. But there’s one remarkable thing today. Despite I ran this morning, for the very first time this year I haven’t got the nerve pain on my left hipflexor to thigh! What a great feeling not to have that sharp tingling achy pain! I wonder if the Chinese herbal medicine I’ve been taking for the past 2 weeks started taking effect… A week ago at our weekly meeting, some members were missing, so I ran to their cubes to tell them we were waiting. On my way back to the meeting room, I was limping in the nerve pain. Today a few members were missing again, so I volunteered to run to their cubes, and I ran back to the meeting room with no nerve pain. I felt great. I hope this will last. I’d been suffering for 10 1/2 months.
Nevertheless, the left hip pain got overwhelming this evening and I’m not overly happy right now…

Tuesday morning treadmill run
I couldn’t run yesterday due to still terribly sore arms and shins. By this morning they were recovered. I just had ongoing aches on my left hip and left ball of foot, but it didn’t hinder me getting out. I felt my body constantly moving to the left; in fact I hit my left arm on the treadmill sidebar more than a couple of times. What is it, my left leg is shorter? It may be related to the ache on my left SI joint to upper hip. Total run 35min/3.42M.
