Wednesday morning run

Clear, mid-40’s and cold, the sun was up in the east, beautiful morning. My left hipflexor was irritating at the start, but soon dissipated. Stopped once to look and greet deer hopping on the hill along the trail. Calves got tight after half way, but it didn’t get any worse. No major problem after and later for the rest of the day, just normal bad left ball of foot to toe pain.
