Friday mid-day Pilates
I rushed out of the pool and went to the day-time Pilates class. Last year when I went to the same class on Friday after Thanksgiving, and there were many people. But today just my husband and me. I wondered whether people were all out of town, or the economy got better this year and everyone was shopping, or the instructor was not popular, or something. Anyway, so we had a private class and that was cool. It was my first time with this Friday-class instructor. I thought she was pretty good. I got my right calf horribly cramped during the class, and it lasted for a few hours.

Swim in cold rain
My work is off today, so I was able to swim in the middle of the day. The water was comfortable, but the rain got heavy and my face was cold as I breathed.
