Elliptical 7M
On Sunday night skin rash flared up again, and by Monday morning my body was very red and itchy and intolerable. So I went to an urgent care yesterday morning , received a blood test, and got a prescription medication. I worked from home for the rest of the day. I didn’t have time to go to the Pilates class again. I was too itchy and the medication gave me dizziness and headache. And despite a couple of hours loss plus all that dizziness and headache, I worked for 12+ hours until late at night.
The symptom didn’t improve immediately, and I had another poor-quality-sleep last night, waking up frequently itching and scratching. My fitness activities/levels are so poor this month. Even before skin rash flared up, I hadn’t slept much for the past 3 weeks. My work project for the customer in the other side of the world has been in the critical stage, and I’ve been waken up by their calls after midnight. Perpetual insomnia and long work hours are destroying my routine lifestyle and completely messing up my fitness plan, overall physical condition, and mentality too. I don’t want to be controlled and defeated; I want to get control back in my hands.
Nevertheless, my left ankle is still bothering me ever since that trail run I did a month ago. My left hip to leg to foot are still painful/numb affected by sciatic nerve. Sometimes I feel like perhaps it’s a good break from exercising. Some other times I think that perhaps no exercise is making the sciatic pain worse. Who knows.
Elliptical is really good for me. I feel my imbalance very well. Every left step gives left hip spasm and left quads effort and tight left hamstring and numbing left foot. My right side is happy. My left ear has been buzzing and echoing again, ever since all these left body sciatic problems flared up in early December. My left brain and eye feel dizzy and my left neck feel stiff and tight. What’s wrong with the left side of my body. Is this all nerve?
