Tuesday morning spinning
I’ve developed RIGHT low back pain and headache since Sunday afternoon. I took it easy yesterday all day, but the pain got worse and worse with additional bad pain in my right hand, and right shoulder overnight. This morning when I was cycling in the gym, I had awful pain/soreness/tightness on my right upper arm. What happened to my right side? I’ve had 4 years of LEFT-side low back pain, hip pain, nerve pain and all that, and suddenly for the past week my right-side started painful. I didn’t even feel the difficulty in left quads I usually felt.

Sunday afternoon mountain bike
I carried my bike and drove to my favorite bike trail, but the parking was full, so I gave up and went to another trail which was a lot shorter and a lot more crowded. It was so crowded it was hard to pass kids or walkers. I went off road for a while, splashed dirt and water and it was fun.

Friday morning spinning
Why is it, my upper arms are extremely tiring on eSpinner, especially bad for the last couple of times. I readjusted the saddle and handle bar several times, but it didn’t matter. It was too painful/uncomfortable to hold the bike. Is it my arms that suddenly become very weak? Or is something else going on with my shoulders or elsewhere? My butt was also painful as usual; my left butt bone sticks out and I always feel uneven and painful sitting on a hard saddle. I don’t have any problem with cardio, but just arms and butt didn’t keep me riding for any longer.

Bike chain fell off soon after I started. Fixed and headed out south for about an hour, then turned around. I saw lots of turkey vultures. Return ride was very tiring because of the strong head wind.

Friday after-work spinning bike
I couldn’t sleep again from 2:30-5:30 AM this morning. After that, I slept a few hours only intermittently as our neighbor started doing something noisy outside. So I missed my workout again this morning. Friday is usually my rest day, but not for a week like this I haven’t exercised much.
Despite the short sleep, I was amazingly well during the day, because I had so much to do at work, focused and progressed.
I left a little early to go to the gym. It started raining again. I was planning to swim, but my brain/eys/head felt awfully dizzy, so I did a spinning instead to be safe. My upper arms were painfully sore for some reason. I haven’t done any weights or anything to use my upper arms lately, don’t know why. Holding the bike was so painful. I was overall tired, and the workout was poor quality. PER high.

Spinning bike
Today I brought my earphones, so I was able to listen to the instructions on the spinning bike. I absolutely loved it. I was able to adjust the bike, and the entire ride I followed the video training instructions.
Even cycling, I felt pain on my left hip and greater resistance on my left upper leg. My left leg required so much effort to pedal and my left outside hip felt pain every movement. It’s not a simple muscle imbalance anyone could have; this is obviously piriformis and nerve problem.
